ABOUT ALY
I have always loved working with people. It’s one thing I’ve known since my first job in high school, and the reason my college degree is in Psychology.
I was also fascinated by the fast-paced tech world, so I combined these two passions and that’s where my career began: HR at a startup tech company. Over the years I climbed the corporate ladder, pivoting my role several times while staying dedicated to work I found most meaningful: creating culture-first organizations where employees could grow and thrive.
I discovered that organizations can do so much to be great places to work, yet not all employees will thrive. Each person has their own background, values, skills, goals, and hopes for the future.
So I pivoted again. This time more significantly. I had been serving employers, but I wanted to switch to the other side of the equation and serve the employees directly. Coaching was a natural fit.
In 2020 I trained at world-renowned Co-Active Training Institute, and became certified as a career coach. Shortly thereafter, I launched my coaching business: Fusent.

Fusent is a combination of the words “future” and “present”. I work with my clients to get super clear on where they want to be in the future. We also dig into what’s going on in the present, and what will need to happen to get to that future state. Ultimately, we map out a practical plan to get from the present to the future.
I have coached over 300 people since becoming a coach, and I love getting to know every person I work with. I’d love to get to know you too!
