Working Parent Program
Coaching you to thrive at home and work

Being a working parent is hard.
I remember having the following thoughts when I became a parent:
-
I'm only able to give 75% at work, and 75% while parenting. This math doesn't even make sense. I'm flailing and failing.
-
Everyone else makes this look easy. Why am I having such a hard time?
-
Who even AM I anymore?
-
Yes, I love my child. And I'm also really sad that I've lost the freedom and flexibility I used to have.
-
When (if ever) will I feel like my head's above water?

Any of these sound familiar?
I became a parent while working full-time in corporate, and since then I've been passionate about trying to make working parenthood more sustainable.

-
As a manager in corporate years ago, I helped several working parents develop effective strategies to balance work / life and career development in tandem.
-
Since 2023 I've supported hundreds of expecting and working parents as a coach at Parentaly. I help parents to achieve a sustainable work-life balance, simplify household management, and add value at work while not overextending themselves.
-
As a mom to two kids, I've experimented with proven strategies and implemented the ones that work well for me and our household.
-
I volunteer with Chamber of Mothers, an organization advocating for paid parental leave, affordable childcare, and better maternal health.

Here's how we'll work to turn you into a happy, thriving working parent:
Discovery
This is the phase where I get to know more about you and the challenges you're facing.

We will do exercises, such as:
-
assessing your satisfaction in various dimensions of work & life
-
uncovering your values and priorities

We will dig into the past, present and future:
-
understanding what your motivators have been in career and life
-
identifying root sources of challenges today
-
getting clear on what you need more/less of to thrive
Strategize & Test
I have dozens of exercises, tools, templates and resources that have proven to be successful in the myriad facets of working parenthood. We will discuss the ones best suited for your situation and I will teach you how to employ them.

We'll develop a plan for communicating and implementing strategies, and test and modify until we land on a sustainable structure for you.
